A faith-based initiative dedicated to the reverence of nature as divine intelligence—a living expression of the sacred that permeates all life. We believe that by aligning with nature’s principles, we not only promote ecological regeneration but also foster healing within ourselves, our children, and our communities.
Heart of Nature Ministry
In service of this mission, the Trust supports screen-free, nature-immersive homeschool learning pods that nurture the whole child—body, soul, and spirit. These pods are sacred spaces where education unfolds in rhythm with the Earth, grounded in principles such as balance, diversity, mutualism, parental care, and natural intelligence. Each pod is designed to honor the developmental stages of childhood and foster a connection to the land, community, and self.
Inspired by the vision and success of Kether Hollabaugh’s Maui ‘Ohana Collective, we are now sowing the seeds for a new generation of learning pods. These new pods will serve families seeking an alternative to mainstream education—one that restores childhood innocence, promotes resilience and creativity, and cultivates stewardship of the planet.
The Trust’s educational mission is a direct extension of its spiritual and ecological values. Through these pods, we model interdependence, cyclical learning, and holistic growth. Our learners tend gardens, explore local ecosystems, celebrate seasonal festivals, and participate in community-based projects—all while building emotional intelligence, cooperation, and reverence for life.
By integrating education, environmental stewardship, and spiritual development, the Heart of Nature Ministry seeks to catalyze a regenerative future for children and communities alike. We are bring this emerging vision into reality—creating sanctuaries for learning that honor the divine blueprint of the natural world and prepare the next generation to care for it with wisdom and love.
